We employ a large workforce of skilled tradesmen and apprentices who make up our Building Department and our Painting Department. We are committed to the training and development of all our staff. Our range of services is comprehensive and we welcome enquiries for all types of projects: maintenance, repair, refurbishment, new build, extensions, disabled adaptations, structural repairs, fire and flood reinstatement, alterations, new kitchens, bathrooms, garden structures and steps, internal and external decorating.
We continue to work with private clients, local authorities, independent schools, Boards of Governors and their appointed consultants, Town Councils, surveyors, architects, property managers, Housing Associations and structural engineers.

We have an excellent Health and Safety record and work to maintain and improve standards across the Company. We meet the high standards demanded by CHAS the established market leader for Health and Safety pre-qualification in the UK and Safe Contractors who promote high standards. Working closely with the CITB we develop our annual Training Programme. We are recognised as Investors in People as we engage and develop all our staff and we make investment to ensure compliance and competence.

Our Staff
We offer sustainable long term employment to local people who we work with to provide suitable training and development opportunities. We offer apprenticeships to local young people, work placements and work experience to local schools and have been part of the Employability Points Scheme run by the University of Kent at Canterbury.

Environmental
We are rigorous in the management of waste, we recycle and reuse when possible. We pay due attention to water management and we use renewable sources whenever practicable. In our offices we increasingly use digital technology to replace paper.
