Maintenance

All types of internal and external building maintenance undertaken to buildings old and new, including buildings with Listed status. Services include redecoration and repair, gutter and gulley maintenance, roof repairs, re-plastering and re-rendering, carpentry repairs, drainage, re-pointing, reglazing etc.

Alterations

We carry out alterations to improve facilities and accommodation, by re-configuring existing buildings to meet new desires and needs. This includes the creation of space for new kitchens, bathrooms, living space, student accommodation, university lecture facilities, disabled facilities, offices etc.
Extensions

Large and small extensions carried out to buildings old and new; providing additional living space, teaching accommodation, office provision and disabled facilities.
New Builds

We build individual architect designed houses and bungalows for Private and Commercial Clients as well as carrying out our own development projects

Education

Being involved with local schools and universities for many years we offer a comprehensive service carrying out cyclical repairs and decorations, minor maintenance, major refurbishment and day to day emergencies, as well as extensions and alterations. We install disabled facilities including access ramps, lifts, WCs and bathrooms; decorate classrooms, student accommodation, lecture theatres and laboratories. We upgrade kitchens, staff rooms, WC and washroom facilities, sports halls, changing rooms and cafeterias.
Healthcare

Working with Health professionals we are able to provide a comprehensive service, maintaining, refurbishing and enhancing facilities. With careful planning and preparation our directly employed staff carry out projects successfully within occupied premises. We also build accommodation specifically designed for disadvantaged adults, carry out alterations to facilitate disabled access, install en-suite facilities and refurbish care homes.
Historic

We work on listed and historic buildings including Churches using traditional build and repair techniques. We are experienced in carrying out repairs and maintenance, working with lime renders, plasters, lime wash, stone, brick, flint, soft and hardwoods, Kent pegs, shingles and lead. We use specialists whenever necessary, for example, when repairing stained glass windows.
Commercial

We carry out projects for a wide range of commercial clients throughout Kent. We alter layouts and organise space to accommodate changing needs, provide facilities for the disabled and elderly, renew kitchens and bathrooms on a commercial scale, upgrade student accommodation, refurbish communal areas in blocks of flats and offices, carry out interior designers’ projects and maintain factory accommodation. Whatever the task, be it upgrading existing facilities, maintaining and refurbishing buildings internally or externally, we work with our clients to provide successful outcomes.
Housing

Carrying out new build projects and extending private homes, we work on the very modern and the very traditional. We also carry out our own small development projects.
