Internal and External Refurbishment

We have recently completed the refurbishment of an old farm house not far from our offices here in Newingreen. The property was looking a little tired and in need to some care and maintenance so that the few minor issues could be sorted before they had the chance to cause damage, and to keep the property looking fresh. This was achieved with replacement of the kitchen and utility room and complete internal and external refurbishment of the property.

As with many old buildings, sympathetic upgrades are required in order to maintain the appearance of the building, as it was originally designed and intended. In many cases we can use our highly skilled operatives to save existing joinery, such as timber windows utilising the latest products and techniques. However, sometimes – as in this instance – we had to replace several timber windows that had gone beyond salvageable condition.
